Vacation Bible School...Where Jesus Chooses Us!

It's Day 2 of Calvary's Vacation Bible School Daycamp 2011 and the kids are having a ball!  Today is "water day" and I've posted a few pictures from this morning as well as from yesterday.  God has given us another beautiful day for VBS (and yes, hot is good for water day).  Praise God!

I will try to post pictures and a little information about what the kids are learning each day.  Please pray for our VBS families, volunteers and the Lutherdale staff.  The Holy Spirit is doing great things at VBS!!

God's Love Across Nations

Exciting News from the Marsho Family! They are welcoming in a new granddaughter, Mia! No doubt many of our members know and share in the joy of a new grandchild.

What you may be interested to hear is the story accompanying Mia's journey to become a grandchild of Calvary members Jim & Nancy Marsho. Mia is from China, and her story begins with God's love moving a Wisconsin family to bring her into their lives and God's family. You can read more of this beautiful journey on their family blog "Life with the V. Crew." Karen is the daughter of Jim & Nancy.
